The living and dining area
The 38 sqm open living and dining area is tastefully and comfortably furnished. It is equipped with a sofa bed (1.40mx 2.00m), large flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with radio, CD and charging station for iPhone and mobile phone, as well as a direct dial telephone.
From the dining table you can watch the play of fire in the fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere, especially in winter.
The kitchen
In the new and fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. In addition to a coffee maker, toaster and kettle, coffee, tea and spices are also available. The integrated dishwasher also gives you more time for beautiful things.
The bedroom
The bedroom with a new double bed (1.80mx 2.00m), the wardrobe and an LCD TV ensure cozy nights and excellent comfort. A special highlight is the "starry sky" that shines over your bed at night and creates a romantic atmosphere.
The bathroom
The apartment has a spacious and bright bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower (0.90mx 1.60m), towel dryer, toilet, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. The underfloor heating ensures extra comfort, especially in the cold winter months.
There is also a guest toilet with a toilet and urinal.
