Small, but impressive!
This small and modern studio was built in summer 2018 and is particularly suitable for short vacation and business travelers.
The 35m ² size One-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is therefore particularly easy to access. They have an open sleeping and living area with a double bed or two single beds, a small fitted kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The furnishings are high quality and cozy, with great attention to detail and a maritime ambience in which you will immediately feel at home.
The large patio doors make the apartment pleasantly bright and offer direct access to the private garden terrace and the well-tended garden with fish pond.
This apartment is perfect for one or two people . For larger groups, we recommend booking the “Kapitän” apartment. This is located behind a removable noise barrier and can be connected to the "captain" or used as a separate unit.
